Our village hall – what do you want?
It’s been quite a while since the hall trustees last asked you for your thoughts and ideas about how the trustees might best ensure that the hall is available for use as you would like and expect.
There will always be differences of opinion as to the most appropriate mix and balance of usage – and we must always keep in mind the need to stay solvent and make appropriate provision for future maintenance and repairs That said, on any basis we are lucky to have such a great village hall – and did you know that the hall still has lots of hours that are available to be booked?
Angela Baker, our new hall manager is currently looking at what additional events and activities could be offered at the hall. The trustees want to get ideas and suggestions from local residents before marketing the space more generally, so now’s your chance!
